1. Grilled Component Requirement

• Each submission must feature at least one ingredient that has been grilled as part of its preparation. This element should be prominent in the flavor profile of the bite.

2. Portion Size

• All entries must adhere to a sample-sized portion of 1 – 3 ounces to ensure consistency and ease of tasting for guests.

3. Multiple Entries

• Participants may submit up to 3 entries for the Best Bite Competition. Each entry will appear on the ballot as a separate option, allowing guests to vote for their favorites individually. Entries must be distinctly different dishes and not just variations of the same dish.

4. Voting Process

• Guests will vote for their favorite bite. Voting will be open throughout the event and close 15 minutes before the announcement of winners.

5. Judging Criteria

• Entries will be judged by guests based on taste, creativity, and presentation.

6. Ingredients and Preparation

• Competitors are responsible for providing their own ingredients and ensuring that food safety standards are met during preparation and serving.
